I've been working for almost 3 months now with the department at the same hotel. I have learnt a whole lot of things there. Truly. With the help from Mrs Ong, Jasmine, Dominic, Zuoling, Linyu, Miss Chin, Mr Spencer and even from non-ranking staffs there (RAs). But i find myself dragging myself to work. I hate that. Really. Unlike those times when i was working part time @ the hotel, or even when i was working with Coffee Bean, I dun drag myself to work. I enjoy going to work. I CAN go to work EVERYDAY. You babes should know this phrase: Biasalah, nak kasi makan anak bini pat rumah. HEH!
I am happy with the people there. But not with what i am doing.
I dun think this is the job for me.
I duno what i should do.
Dear babes.. Gd morn. It sux being me.. I'm not really with my full tym job. All of u hv stable jobs n hv a gr8 future.. While me? I do not know wat i want, do not know we i'' b 5 yrs from now.. or even d next yr. *sigh* i dun mean to bother ur with my nonsense tis morning but i reli need sum1 to talk to..
DD: Gd morning to u too. Hey look, dun feel so down. I'm very sure u r not gonna be stuck doing the same job. U are smart ok, and u will do great in life. Trust me. Even i am still doing some soul searching. We are pretty clueless ourselves. But i know we got each other's back and we'll find what we r looking for one day..
AZ: Babe, there r always pros and cons to a job.. it is a matter of u being satisfied with ur job. Like me, i hated all my office jobs n tt teaching is more suited 4 me. Sure there r times when i do wonder what i'm doing in teaching but i realise tt i dun drag my feet to work.. if u r sure u are nt happy with ur current job, go out n look for another one. there is nothing wrong with it, if ur sure u want to be in hospitality, take this as a stepping stone to a better job in e future.
